Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in Credit Risk Management or related financial risk roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience building BI dashboards (Power BI) and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credit and financial risk monitoring for ~30,000 vendors worldwide.
• Manage the Supplier Credit Risk Management framework to assess vendor risk.
• Apply financial analysis and risk scoring to inform mitigations.
• Collaborate with Procurement leaders to mitigate supplier risk.
• Ensure compliance with Global Vendor Approval Policy (VAP).
• Support the technology roadmap to advance credit risk analytics.
• Set strategic priorities and operating standards for risk activities.
• Provide leadership and development to the risk team.
• Translate risk insights into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on high-impact supplier risk matters.
