Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Lead, Operations Finance & Compliance to provide governance, financial oversight, and strategic partnership across Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance. You will drive data-driven insights and continuous improvement to optimize working capital and risk management.

The role partners with internal teams and external providers to strengthen controls, deliver performance improvements, and support executive decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Operations, Compliance, Financial Analysis, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading teams, projects, programs, or operational workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage analytics and business insights to improve performance.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and building stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight across operational finance activities, ensuring governance, financial stewardship, compliance, and alignment with objectives.
• Lead and develop team members with coaching and performance management.
• Monitor operational and financial performance using data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate data into actionable insights to improve performance and risk management.
• Establish and maintain controls, governance, and performance management practices.
