Job summary
Remedy Science is seeking a Senior Manager of Quality, Regulatory, Compliance and Product Safety to ensure our skincare portfolio meets global quality and safety standards. The role acts as the internal SME across regulatory compliance, testing, substantiation, and manufacturing compliance for domestic and international markets.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in cosmetic chemistry or related science with 7+ years in beauty or CPG, and will partner with Product Development, R&D,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
- 7+ years in quality, regulatory affairs, product safety, or tech development in beauty.
- Experience with beauty brand, contract manufacturer, or cosmetic lab.
- Strong knowledge of MOCRA, FDA Cosmetics Regulations, EU/UK regs, Health Canada.
- Experience managing clinical testing programs and external labs.
- Excellent project management and ability to lead multiple launches.
Responsibilities
- Own global regulatory strategy across skincare products.
- Maintain MOCRA, FDA, EU, UK, Health Canada compliance.
- Manage Product Information Files and registrations.
- Lead product safety testing and clinical substantiation.
- Coordinate testing with external CROs and labs.
- Translate study results into substantiated claims.
