Remedy Science seeks a Senior Project Manager, Product Development to lead the full skincare product lifecycle from concept to commercialization. You will drive formulation, packaging, testing, and regulatory readiness, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure brand quality and consumer relevance.

This role requires strong vendor management, project leadership, and ability to translate founder vision into commercially viable products for a fast-growing, creator-led beauty brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8+ years in product development, project management, or innovation within skincare/beauty/CPG.
• Proven experience managing third-party/contract manufacturers and external labs.
• Strong end-to-end skincare product development experience from concept to launch.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end skincare product development from concept to DTC/retail launch.
• Coordinate formulation, packaging development, claims/testing, and regulatory readiness (EU/UK).
• Own project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional execution across internal and external partners.
• Manage manufacturing readiness and launch timing with third-party manufacturers, testing labs, regulatory consultants, and packaging vendors.
• Build and drive launch calendars, critical paths, and milestone tracking for multiple products.
