Job summary

Quince is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Procurement for the Sweaters Category to own cost structures and savings across our sweater supply chain. You will drive competitive pricing by partnering with Tier 1 and 2 suppliers and aligning material inputs with sustainability goals.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will use your expertise in commodity costing, clean sheet methods, and AI-enabled analysis to push for transparent pricing and supply continuity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of global procurement in retail apparel.
• Proven track record in international RFP processes.
• Hands-on experience with cost negotiation and clean sheets.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Cross-functional collaboration with merchandising and production teams.
• Experience leveraging AI-driven scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement category strategy to improve margins.
• Deliver cost savings while maintaining quality and ESG goals.
• Collaborate with tech to embed procurement in systems and tools.
• Lead end-to-end RFP processes with manufacturers.
• Develop buy plans and pricing transparency using clean sheets.
• Negotiate upstream materials to secure pricing and availability.
