Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Manager of Process Excellence & Analytics to lead cross-functional process improvement across SDLFS, delivering data-driven solutions and governance for enterprise programs.

The role oversees ESG reporting, travel & expense programs, and fleet operations, partnering with IT to translate business needs into technology initiatives and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Hybrid schedule with core locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in process excellence or analytics.
Experience leading and developing teams.
Experience translating business requirements to technical discussions.
Strong Power BI proficiency and KPI reporting.
Excellent stakeholder communication and vendor management.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for process improvement and data-driven decision making; develop dashboards and tools.
Lead intake and discovery meetings with stakeholders to understand requirements.
Manage ESG reporting processes and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Oversee travel and expense program partnerships to optimize costs and experience.
Collaborate with IT to align business needs with technology roadmap.
Direct and develop a team of analysts and coordinators.
