Job summary

Anduril is seeking a Senior People Experience Program Manager to serve as the strategic and operational backbone of the People Experience function. You will partner directly with the Head of People Experience to shape the function's direction and then execute with cross-functional teams across seven sites and regions worldwide.

You will lead the global engagement strategy, drive the company-wide engagement survey, and manage the Anduril Alumni Program, translating data into impactful programs

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in people programs, employee experience, engagement, organizational development, or program management within a People/HR function.

Responsibilities

• Lead and rollout global engagement strategy across seven sites and regions.
• Own end-to-end company-wide engagement survey from launch to action planning.
• Launch and operate the Anduril Alumni Program across stakeholders.
• Partner with Head of People Experience to shape function direction and invest where needed.
• Serve as primary program operator across the People Experience portfolio with cross-team coordination.
• Build strategic stakeholder relationships across the People organization and leadership.
