Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Operations Deployment to lead the planning and execution of operational deployments across global transportation operations. You will collaborate with Operations leadership, branch teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure readiness, smooth go-live, and post-launch stabilization.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in global operations or deployment management, strong knowledge of system implementations, and proficiency with WiseTech CargoWise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or logistics management required; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in global operations or deployment management required; 10+ years preferred.
• Proven expertise in system implementations and supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with WiseTech CargoWise and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities across all organization levels.
• In-depth knowledge of operational governance and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, coordination, and execution of operational deployments, including TMS and WMS.
• Coordinate branch launch support for new locations and M&A integration activities.
• Conduct operational readiness assessments for go-live preparations across systems and processes.
• Develop hyper care support plans and track issue resolution post-deployment.
• Monitor deployment KPIs and recommend improvements for processes and templates.
• Prepare status reports for Operations leadership on deployment progress and risks.
• Lead and develop a deployment team to support forwarding operations.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Operations Deployment to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space.

This role will lead the planning and execution of operational deployments across global transportation operations, ensuring new locations, systems, and processes are launched successfully. The Senior Manager will partner closely with Operations leadership, branch teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support readiness, integration, and post-launch stabilization. Success in this position will be measured by smooth go-live execution, effective issue resolution, and continuous improvement in deployment processes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
