Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics, INC. is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Operations Deployment to lead deployment of TMS/WMS systems, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage branch integrations. This role ensures readiness for go-live and supports M&A-driven expansion.

The position oversees a deployment team, develops governance, tracks KPIs, and drives continuous improvement across global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, operations management, logistics management or similar (required)
• Master's Degree (preferred)
• 8+ years in global operations, deployment management, system implementations, supply chain operations (required)
• 10+ years (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute operational deployments for TMS, WMS and critical apps.
• Coordinate branch launches and M&A integration activities.
• Coordinate operational readiness assessments for go-live across locations, processes and staffing.
• Develop hyper care plans and track issue resolution post-implementation.
• Monitor deployment KPIs and recommend improvements to methods and governance.
• Provide deployment leadership, reporting to Operations leadership, and manage a small deployment team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
