Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Test Engineering support across North American sites.
• Develop and coach a geographically dispersed team.
• Establish escalation processes for critical production issues.
• Ensure rapid troubleshooting for test systems and yield improvement.
• Coordinate resources balancing production support and projects.
• Drive standardization and knowledge sharing across sites.
