Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 8+ years in electronic assembly/manufacturing.
• Experience with soldering, SMT, and conformal coating processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead global standardization of electronic assembly processes.
• Develop business cases and manage capital projects from requirements to production release.
• Partner with design teams on DFM/DFA and process optimization.
