Rockwell Automation is seeking an innovative engineer to join our global embedded software organization to steer and design Logix Controller test architecture. You will report to the Senior Manager, Test Engineering, and operate with a hybrid schedule from Mayfield Heights, OH or Milwaukee, WI.

You will participate in test architecture for safety- and security-critical embedded software and coordinate with Agile teams within SAFe, promoting automated testing and continuous delivery across the

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in embedded software design, testware, and tool development.
• Knowledge of safety/security standards is a plus.
• Experience leading teams in an agile environment.
• Familiarity with real-time embedded development environments.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in test architecture of safety- and security-critical embedded software for PLCs.
• Use modern CI/CD tools and promote engineering tooling improvements.
• Coordinate with SAFe Agile teams to monitor health, predictability, and velocity.
• Collaborate with development, functional, and system test personnel.
• Promote reliable automated test engineering through design patterns and tooling.
• Mentor teammates and lead test strategy across multiple teams.
