Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Supply Planning Lead based in Jacksonville, FL to provide end-to-end value stream support for the supply network, ensuring service and inventory targets are met and leading multi-site planning efforts.

You will develop and execute E2E plans, coordinate with production, sourcing, and Demand Planning, and drive continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree is required; MBA preferred, with 8+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end value stream support for supply network planning, ensuring service & inventory optimization.
• Execute supply network planning processes to meet end-to-end product flow and targets; develop planning strategies.
• Lead multi-site planning efforts and resolve supply disruptions with cross-functional partners.
• Develop and execute end-to-end Net Requirements plans upstream and distribution plans downstream.
• Create global supply network plans to meet service goals and optimize inventory.
• Lead monthly planning meetings and coordinate with Production and Sourcing groups.
