Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, Aviation, Travel, or related field.
• Progressive leadership experience managing complex operational teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day Crew Air operation, ensuring continuity and service excellence.
• Monitor KPIs and balance priorities with shipboard readiness and objectives.
• Oversee Leaders, Supervisors, Analysts across Miami and Manila.
• Partner with CAM leadership to improve cost, performance, and crew experience.
• Drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
