Royal Caribbean Group is seeking an Analyst, Workforce Planner for its Miami, FL operations. The role focuses on workforce planning and scheduling for Hotel Specialty, aligning fleet needs with operational priorities and leadership guidance.

The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, strong Excel/reporting skills, and cross-functional collaboration across departments and shipboard teams to optimize staffing and scheduling in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, analytics, scheduling, or logistics services.
• Knowledge of automated HR and workforce planning systems preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedules crew assignments and rotation planning for the Hotel Specialty department.
• Provides information supporting an effective par level planning process and related procedures.
• Design and implement optimized solutions for fleet needs pertaining to the Hotel Specialty cost center.
• Ensures effective communication with Hotel Specialty operations, department leadership, fellow team members, and crew members in areas related to scheduling, succession planning, recruitment, and logistics as appropriate.
• Complies with applicable rules and regulations including SQM, flag state and port state legislation, collective bargaining agreements and company policies in all aspects relating to workforce planning.
• Provides complete and accurate employee data in the HR system for assigned departments and/or positions including performance data for succession planning.
• Performs related duties as assigned. Performs other duties as required
