Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking an experienced Analyst, Global Contracts, based in Miami, to support global crew port logistics through analytics and contract governance. You will collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to drive data-driven decisions across Sourcing, RFPs, and vendor management.

The role emphasizes building dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel), conducting data validation, and supporting forecasting and spend analytics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, contracts, procurement support, or operations.
• Experience supporting RFP processes, vendor analysis, or contract management.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with Procurement to support sourcing strategies and contract execution.
• Participate in the end-to-end RFP process, including defining business requirements and scope, evaluating bids, and pricing analyses.
• Maintain global contract governance, vendor master data, and track execution status of agreements.
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and forecasting capabilities to support Crew Port Logistics operations.
