Job summary

InvestCloud seeks a Senior Manager in Business Operations to join the Global Business Operations (GBO) team. You will own end-to-end processes behind Jira and Tempo, deliver reporting, and translate strategy into standardized, measurable operations across APL, Digital Wealth, and the broader organization.

You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering to drive profitability, transparency, and operational excellence firm-wide, leveraging Jira, Tempo,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Business Operations or related field with senior-executive partnership.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on with Jira, Tempo, Microsoft Suite, and Power BI or equivalents.
• Ability to lead and influence in a matrixed environment.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional business operations programs from intake to delivery.
• Design, implement, and improve policies and playbooks with multiple teams.
• Define, track, and report KPIs using data-driven insights.
• Manage risks, issues, changes, dependencies with escalation when needed.
• Lead change management and drive adoption of new processes and tools.
• Mentor and escalate as a subject-matter expert for the GBO team.
• Leverage Jira, Tempo, Salesforce, and AI tools to automate workflows and reporting.
