InvestCloud, a global wealth-technology leader, seeks a Business Operations Senior Manager to drive end-to-end cross-functional programs across the organization. You will own Jira and Tempo-backed processes, delivering standardized, measurable operations with governance and metrics.

You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Product, and Engineering to improve profitability and operational excellence. Salary range: $140,000–$175,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional business operations programs end-to-end with defined scope, milestones, owners, and metrics.
• Design and implement policies, procedures, and playbooks with cross-functional partners.
• Define, track, and report KPIs and operational metrics to drive utilization, delivery, and forecasting.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, changes, and dependencies with recommended actions.
• Lead change management and drive adoption of new processes and tools across teams and geographies.
