Job summary

Dandy is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting Operations to own procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes across the US, Philippines, and Colombia. You will lead AP, billing and collections, ensuring data accuracy at the source and building strong controls aligned with public company standards.

You’ll oversee high-volume transactions, drive process improvements, and collaborate with Treasury and Audit to streamline close cycles and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 8+ years of experience, including general ledger or public accounting, and 3+ years leading AP, AR or finance shared services.
• Hands-on knowledge of how AP and AR transactions hit the general ledger, accruals and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own the full procure-to-pay cycle and vendor payments across entities and currencies.
• Own billing accuracy, credit controls and pricing controls across practice and DSO accounts.
• Design and document controls over procure-to-pay and order-to-cash, including segregation of duties and public company audit standards.
• Lead the AP and billing teams with SOPs, training and quality checks; automate invoice capture and collections workflows in NetSuite.
• Set and report on core metrics: DSO, aged receivables, PO match rate, payment accuracy and cost per transaction.
