Job summary

Acre is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and continually improve our enterprise finance technology ecosystem. You will be the primary administrator and owner for Finance applications, including OneStream CPM and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, ensuring system stability and accurate data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience supporting Finance systems, ERP platforms, and CPM applications.
• Experience administering enterprise financial applications.
• Strong understanding of R2R, Financial Close & Consolidation, Financial Reporting, Planning & Forecasting, Finance Master Data Management.
• Experience supporting Finance and Accounting organizations.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary administrator and functional owner for Finance applications, including OneStream CPM and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

Job description

Acre is aiding in the search for a highly skilled Senior Finance Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and continuously improve our enterprise finance technology ecosystem. This role will serve as the primary administrator and functional owner for Finance applications, including OneStream CPM and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

The successful candidate will combine strong finance process knowledge and significant experience in an asset-heavy, multi-entity environment with deep systems administration expertise, ensuring platform stability, data integrity, governance, security, and support for key Finance and Controllership processes.

This role requires an individual who can bridge Finance and Technology teams, translate business requirements into system solutions, and drive high-quality master data governance across the enterprise.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience supporting Finance systems, ERP platforms, and CPM applications.
• Experience administering enterprise financial applications.
• Strong understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R), Financial Close & Consolidation, Financial Reporting, Planning & Forecasting, Finance Master Data Management
• Experience supporting Finance and Accounting organizations.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance experience.
• Experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
• Experience with Power BI, Azure Data Lake, Data Warehouse, or enterprise reporting platforms.
• Experience supporting ERP-to-CPM integrations.
• Understanding of finance data models and dimensional hierarchies.
• CPA, CMA, or relevant systems certifications preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have experience serving as a system owner, administrator, or super user for finance technology platforms and will be comfortable managing both the technical and functional aspects of the environment. Candidates with Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Workday, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or similar enterprise platforms who have successfully translated their expertise across technologies are strongly encouraged to apply.
