Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Systems to lead enterprise-wide finance technology initiatives with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion ERP. You will bridge Finance and IT, driving implementations, optimizations, integrations, and finance transformation across the organization.

The role will oversee a Finance Systems team and partner with Accounting, FP&A, IT and external vendors to strengthen controls and reporting capabilities. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field.
• 8+ years of Finance Systems experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Hands-on experience implementing, optimizing, or supporting Oracle Fusion ERP or another Tier 1 ERP platform such as SAP, PeopleSoft, or Oracle EBS.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes including P2P, R2R, Q2C, budgeting, forecasting, and financial close.
• Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations or finance transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in business process design, system configuration, testing, integrations, and change management.
• Knowledge of SOX controls, audit compliance, segregation of duties, and financial governance requirements.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams across Finance, Accounting, IT, and business operations.
• Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.

One of our biggest clients is looking for a Senior Manager, Finance Systems to lead enterprise-wide finance technology initiatives with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion ERP. This individual will serve as the key liaison between Finance and IT, driving system implementations, optimizations, integrations, and finance transformation projects across the organization. The role will oversee a team of Finance Systems professionals while partnering with Accounting, FP&A, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong ERP expertise and experience leveraging emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to improve finance operations and business outcomes.

Pay Range: 150K - 170K

Skills and Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing, optimizing, or supporting Oracle Fusion ERP or another Tier 1 ERP platform such as SAP, PeopleSoft, or Oracle EBS.

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), budgeting, forecasting, and financial close.

• Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations or finance transformation initiatives from requirements gathering through post-go-live support.

• Expertise in business process design, system configuration, testing, integrations, and change management.

• Knowledge of SOX controls, audit compliance, segregation of duties, and financial governance requirements.

• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams across Finance, Accounting, IT, and business operations.

• Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills

• Experience with reporting and analytics tools and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. - Experience with Power BI, Tableau, APIs, and enterprise system integrations.

• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS, FCCS, Planning) or similar budgeting and planning platforms such as Anaplan or Adaptive Planning.

• Masters Degree and/or CPA certification

• Background in finance transformation projects, project accounting, and global process standardization initiatives.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, APIs, and enterprise system integrations.
