Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field preferred.
• Significant experience with financial business processes and business systems analysis.
• Experience translating business requirements into technology or system solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of business processes, systems, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Gather requirements from Finance, business users, and IT; define project scope.
• Translate requirements into functional and system specifications.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, and implementation of new systems.
• Identify gaps and recommend technology solutions to improve processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and materials.
• Support system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and deployment.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Drive continuous improvement to ensure scalable, cost-effective solutions.
