Job summary

Owens & Minor, a global healthcare solutions company, seeks a Program Manager to lead the process automation delivery function. You will manage the process engineer and execution project managers, driving improvements and deployment execution across the organization.

Collaborating with solutions architects and project managers, you’ll ensure designs are grounded in sound process design and smoothly go-live and stabilize. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, industrial engineering, or related fields.
• Experience with process engineering and operations management.
• Experience leading a team across process engineering and program execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee process analysis and improvement work feeding into automation initiatives.
• Build business cases for process improvements with cost/benefit analysis.
• Own execution-stage program management across deployment, cutover, and stabilization.
• Partner with architects and managers to align process design with solution architecture.
• Track program-level metrics: savings, throughput, ROI; escalate risks and timelines.
• Maintain the process automation execution roadmap with leadership.
