Job summary
Owens & Minor is a global healthcare solutions company delivering essential products, services and technology to hospitals and health systems worldwide. The Program Manager leads the process automation delivery function, managing the Process Engineer and Execution Project Managers to drive process improvement and deployment execution.
You will partner with the Solutions Architect and Integration Project Manager to ensure architected solutions are grounded in sound process design and executed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, industrial engineering, or related fields.
- 5-7+ years in program management with experience in process engineering and operations.
- Experience in distribution, warehousing, or supply chain operations; WMS integration a plus.
- Experience with PowerBI and Smartsheets is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee process analysis and improvement work feeding into automation initiatives.
- Own execution-stage program management across deployment, cutover, and stabilization.
- Track program-level metrics: savings, throughput, and ROI across execution workstreams.
- Travel up to 50%.
