Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Operations to lead the Accounts Payable function, including Merchandise Trade and Expense & Capital payables.

You will ensure accurate, timely processing of supplier invoices, manage controls, and support SOX compliance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years progressive accounting or accounts payable experience, including leadership.
• 5 years leadership experience with high-performing teams.
• Hands-on experience with AP systems and process automation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and compliance (AP).
• Excellent attention to detail and deadline management.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy and productivity of Sales Audit and Accounts Payable activities.
• Oversee merchandise invoice processing and supplier payments.
• Monitor aged trade payables and vendor reconciliations.
• Direct processing of all payments across categories and capital expenditures.
• Ensure invoices are correctly coded to GL accounts and departments.
• Provide leadership and training for Associates in these functions.
• Optimize AP workflows and systems for efficiency and compliance.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely payments.
