Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Senior Financial Benefits leader to manage the Financial Benefits function within Total Rewards. You will design and analyze 401(k), ESPP, defined benefit/defined contribution plans, and broad-based savings programs, ensuring compliance and competitive offerings.

You will partner with executives, manage vendor relationships, lead communications, and drive cost-effective improvements across retirement and financial wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in 401K/ESPP administration or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with benefits platforms like Workday or SAP; advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic design for financial benefit plans to manage costs and improve financial wellness.
• Oversee vendor relationships, performance, and compliance in plan administration.
• Analyze regulatory and reporting requirements and advise leadership.
• Serve as primary contact for executives on Financial Benefits matters.
• Develop analyses/presentations for leadership on competitiveness of benefits.
• Monitor program effectiveness and drive cost-saving improvements.
• Provide guidance on equity compensation and ESPP programs.
• Lead projects and drive process improvements in benefits systems.
