This position manages the Financial Benefits function for Tyson Foods and is a key member of the Total Rewards function, ensuring the company’s Financial Benefits are appropriate to the needs of the organization, competitive and compliant. Under the general guidance of the Executive Rewards and Financial Benefits Leader, the responsibilities for this position are to develop, implement and analyze Financial Benefits programs including qualified and non‑qualified defined contribution and defined benefit plans, employee stock purchase plan, and broad‑based savings and financial wellness benefits.
Supervisory: This position will have direct reports.
Travel: Some travel may be required for this position.
