Tyson Foods seeks a leader to manage the Financial Benefits function within Total Rewards. You will oversee 401K, ESPP, and broad-based savings programs, driving analytics, communications, and cost-effective plan delivery. This position manages the Financial Benefits function for Tyson Foods and is a key member of the Total Rewards function, ensuring the company's Financial Benefits are appropriate to the needs of the organization, competitive and compliant. Under the general guidance of the Executive Rewards and Financial Benefits Leader, the responsibilities for this position are to develop, implement and analyze Financial Benefits programs including qualified and non-qualified defined contribution and defined benefit plans, employee stock purchase plan, and broad-based savings and financial wellness benefits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in 401K plans and ESPP administration.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop effective employee-facing benefits communications.
Computer Skills: Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. Experience supporting benefits administration platforms such as Workday or SAP. Advanced Excel experience preferred. AI exposure preferred.
Supervisory: This position will have direct reports.
Travel: Some travel may be required for this position.
