Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a senior leader to manage the Financial Benefits function within Total Rewards. You will develop, implement, and analyze defined contribution and defined benefit plans, ESPP and broad-based savings programs while ensuring compliance and competitiveness.

You will partner with executives, manage vendors, and drive communications and analytics to optimize program engagement and cost efficiency across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with 401K, ESPP administration or equivalent retirement plans (7+ years).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for benefits communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience supporting benefits platforms (Workday or SAP).
• Ability to partner with executives and drive program improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and design for financial benefit plans and programs.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance for compliant plan administration.
• Analyze regulatory and reporting requirements and advise on impact.
• Serve as primary contact for executives on financial benefits matters.
• Develop analyses and presentations for leadership on benefits competitiveness.
• Monitor program effectiveness and recommend cost-saving changes.
• Oversee audits of benefit plans with internal and external teams.
• Forecast and manage the financial benefits budget.
