Job summary

Tyson Foods seeks a leader to manage the Financial Benefits function within Total Rewards. You will oversee 401K, ESPP, and broad-based savings programs, driving analytics, communications, and cost-effective plan delivery. The role partners with executives and vendors to ensure compliance and competitive offerings.

Responsibilities include budget forecasting, regulatory liaison, and due diligence for M&A. Some travel may be required; relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in 401K plans and ESPP administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for employee-facing benefits communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and design for financial benefits programs to manage costs and improve financial wellness.
• Manage vendor relationships and optimize partnerships for compliant plan administration.
• Assess regulatory and reporting requirements with internal/external experts.
• Serve as primary point of contact for executives on Financial Benefits matters.
• Develop analyses and presentations for leadership on competitiveness of benefit programs.
• Monitor program effectiveness and recommend cost-reducing improvements.
• Oversee benefit plan audits with Benefits Accounting and external auditors.
