Job summary

中国移动 is seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS professional to join our Finance Division. You will ensure stability of Oracle EBS R12 and BI systems while driving transformation at the intersection of finance operations and technology.

The role leads integration projects, data migrations, and AI+ initiatives to improve efficiency, with collaboration across internal users, vendors, and IT. You will guide stakeholders and ensure strong internal controls through governance and audit activities.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in IT, CS, or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of experience with at least 2 years in system integration, support and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and IBM Cognos.
• Experience leading large-scale integration & data migration projects.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive with AI+ or automation initiatives to boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle EBS professional to join our Finance Division. In this pivotal role, you will not only ensure the stability of our core financial systems but also drive transformation by bridging the gap between finance operations and cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities

• System Support & Maintenance: Provide expert-level support for Oracle EBS R12 and BI systems, ensuring high availability and performance.


• Financial Operations: Oversee and streamline the month-end period closing process, maintaining critical system settings (COA, FSG reports, and user roles).


• Project Leadership & Integration: Lead end-to-end system integration projects and complex data migration initiatives, ensuring seamless data flow across the finance ecosystem.


• Strategic Enhancement: Spearhead the "AI+" initiative by identifying opportunities to deploy AI and automation tools into operational workflows to dramatically improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.


• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between internal users, third-party vendors, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver functional specifications.


• Governance & Audit: Assist in system audit work to maintain robust internal controls.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of working experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to system integration, support and implementation.


• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL and IBM Cognos.
