ContinuServe seeks a Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts Operations to lead end-to-end Non-Profit accounting engagements. You will ensure accurate reporting, audit readiness, and high client satisfaction while guiding a team through month-end and year-end closes, grant accounting, and complex revenue recognition.

The role requires substantial experience in Non-Profit and CA track records, with CPA preferred, and involves engagement with U.S. stakeholders on reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• 9–12 years experience in Non-CA role
• 5–8 years experience in CA role
• CA/CPA preferred (Additional Preference)

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Non-Profit accounting engagements
• Ensure accurate reporting and client satisfaction
• Support audits including Single Audits and audit readiness
• Mentor team members and develop capabilities
• Interact with U.S. stakeholders for reporting and audit discussions
• Oversee month-end and year-end close and disclosures review
• Coordinate grant accounting and indirect cost allocation
• Communicate effectively with senior management and clients

Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts Operations

Lead end-to-end delivery of Non-Profit accounting engagements, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, audit readiness, and client satisfaction

Qualification:

Years of experience- 9–12 (Non-CA);5–8 years (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in Non-Profit (NFP) accounting and grant accounting (Preferred)
• Solid knowledge of ASC 958 (US GAAP)
• Strong understanding of grant accounting, compliance, and indirect cost allocation
• Hands-on experience in month-end/year-end close, financial statement preparation, and disclosures review
• Expertise in revenue recognition (conditional vs. unconditional, exchange transactions, deferred revenue)
• Experience supporting audits, including Single Audits and audit readiness activities
• Strong technical accounting review and problem-solving capability
• Experience in mentoring team members and supporting capability development
• Client interaction experience with U.S. stakeholders for reporting and audit discussions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Additional Preferences (SM):
