Ascension Search Partners has been exclusively engaged by a high-growth, private equity–backed data center and digital infrastructure provider to identify a talented Senior Manager, Finance. This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the VP of Finance, positioned at the center of the company’s continued expansion.

The Senior Manager, Finance will act as a key strategic partner to leadership, serving as the analytical engine of the business by driving forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and decision support. The successful candidate will bring strong technical finance skills paired with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and provide insights that directly shape company performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead revenue modeling and analytics at both the company and customer levels, ensuring accuracy and quality across revenue streams
• Oversee the budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across multiple business units
• Deliver executive-ready financial reports, variance analyses, and dashboards to senior leadership
• Support strategic initiatives and investment decisions through scenario planning and sensitivity analyses
• Partner with Accounting, Treasury, and other functions to align capital planning and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards, internal controls, and corporate policies
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability
• Mentor and develop junior finance team members to strengthen the department’s overall capability

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 7–10+ years of progressive corporate finance or FP&A experience (investment banking, audit, or professional services background a plus)
• Strong financial modeling and executive presentation skills
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and BI tools
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders, influence decision-making, and drive performance
• High intellectual curiosity, hands-on work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
