Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role is responsible for supporting strategic decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and in-depth analysis. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Analyze financial results and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Partner with various departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Marketing) to understand business performance and support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Assist in the preparation of board presentations, investor materials, and strategic planning documents.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, processes, and reporting efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, cash flow, and business metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Lead or support special projects such as mergers and acquisitions, pricing strategy, and capital investments.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus).
• 4–7 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
