Vertex seeks a Senior Manager of Commercial Training to elevate the readiness of field reimbursement and patient access teams. You will design, implement and facilitate impactful training programs, lead onboarding, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in training roles for field-based or cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing, implementing and facilitating training programs.
• Strong instructional design and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to analyze performance gaps and drive learning solutions.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and learning solutions.
• Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs for field reimbursement and patient support teams.
• Create engaging training content and materials.
• Lead new hire onboarding and coaching initiatives.
• Analyze performance gaps and implement targeted training actions.
• Oversee vendor management, procurement, and budget tracking for training services.
