Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver FI engagements and drive Field Intelligence analytics projects.
• Support incentive compensation design, targeting, call planning, and analytics.
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement data-driven solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to FI capability growth.
• Work with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
