• Deliver FI engagements and drive projects in field reporting and AI-enabled insights.
• Design and administer incentive compensation and customer targeting.
• Support FI capability-building and broader SFE consulting.
• Partner with clients to translate objectives into data-driven solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to FI practice growth.
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
