Job summary

Axtria, Inc. seeks a director-level leader to head global teams delivering commercial analytics and incentive compensation initiatives for Life Sciences clients. You will collaborate with clients to translate business objectives into analytics solutions and oversee end-to-end delivery with onshore and offshore resources.

You will develop executive-level recommendations, manage multiple workstreams, and mentor teams to build long-term leadership capacity within a fast-paced, global delivery model.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in Life Sciences commercial analytics.
• Incentive compensation design and administration.
• Field force design and deployment.
• Sales force effectiveness (preferred).
• Strong communication skills; ability to present analytics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global teams delivering commercial analytics and sales effectiveness initiatives.
• Design and implement incentives and reporting with unified field experience.
• Develop executive-level presentations addressing client challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients and offshore/onshore teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and develop team members for growth and leadership readiness.
• Contribute to thought leadership and client content to strengthen Axtria’s positioning.
