Job summary

Axtria, a global cloud software and data analytics company serving the Life Sciences industry, seeks a Senior Manager to lead Field Intelligence analytics engagements for the FI team in Berkeley Heights, NJ. You will manage delivery teams, design analytics solutions, and mentor junior staff across onshore/offshore teams.

Responsibilities include client-ready presentations, incentive compensation analytics, targeting and call planning, and delivering high-quality insights that drive sales

Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in Life Sciences commercial analytics, with hands-on exposure to Field Intelligence / field reporting.
Experience in Sales force effectiveness analytics.
Experience in customer targeting and call planning.
Experience with incentive compensation design (preferred).

Responsibilities

Deliver FI engagements and drive Field Intelligence analytics projects.
Design and implement client-ready analytics and reports.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to FI practice growth.
Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
Translate business problems into actionable requirements for consulting and on-site engagements.
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with strong client satisfaction.
