Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• CPA license required or active.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience with a publicly traded company.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Experience consolidating financial results for large, complex organizations with many subsidiaries.
• Experience with internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) and SOX compliance.
• Leadership experience mentoring accounting and finance professionals.
• Ability to coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes.
• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., OneStream, Toppan Merrill).

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of monthly financial consolidation and internal/external reporting.
• Manage SEC reporting process, including Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, and other filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Maintain ICFR documentation and support SOX compliance.
• Mentor and develop accounting professionals; provide technical guidance.
• Support executive management with consolidated internal reporting and analysis.
• Assist with acquisition due diligence, purchase accounting, and post‑acquisition reporting.
• Lead forecasting processes; participate in special projects to improve reporting.
