The role requires expertise in GAAP, ICFR, and working with auditors, with a focus on process improvement and leadership. The successful candidate will mentor staff, drive reporting efficiency across functions, and support strategic corporate initiatives including acquisition activity and capital

Qualifications

• CPA license required with active status.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience with a publicly traded company, including SEC reporting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC filings.
• Experience consolidating financial results for a large, complex organization.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and meet critical deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of monthly financial consolidation and internal/external reporting.
• Ensure reliability and efficiency of consolidation processes within OneStream.
• Coordinate SEC reporting, including Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, Form 8-K, and related filings.
• Collaborate with external auditors and support SOX/ICFR controls.
• Mentor accounting staff and provide technical guidance.
• Assist with acquisition activities and financial due diligence.
• Support quarterly and annual forecasting processes.
• Lead special projects to improve reporting systems and standards.
