Steel Dynamics, Inc. is seeking a senior professional to lead our financial reporting function from a highly visible cross-functional role.

You will drive monthly consolidation, external reporting, and internal process improvements while coordinating with auditors and management. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in public company reporting, CPA certification, and extensive knowledge of US GAAP, ICFR, and SOX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Active CPA license required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience with a publicly traded company.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of monthly financial consolidation and internal/external reporting.
• Ensure reliability and efficiency of consolidation processes within OneStream.
• Coordinate SEC reporting including Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, Form 8-K and related filings.
