Job summary

Exelon seeks a Senior Manager to lead executive compensation programs, equity plans, and related governance processes. This role partners with Legal, Finance, and HR to ensure competitive, compliant compensation strategy while driving program improvements.

The position oversees committee materials, disclosures, and complex projects, with leadership responsibility across compensation staff and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of compensation experience; 5+ years in executive compensation.
• 3+ years of leadership, project leadership, or people management.
• Experience supporting executive compensation programs in a publicly traded company.
• Knowledge of executive compensation regulations, disclosure requirements, and governance practices.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and administration of executive compensation programs (salary planning, annual incentives, long-term incentives, equity, deferred compensation).
• Manage market benchmarking, advise on peer practices, and support governance initiatives.
• Prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings and SEC filings; coordinate with Legal and external advisors.
• Drive projects: system implementations, process improvements, vendor management, program redesigns.
• Provide leadership and coaching to staff and collaborate with senior HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and executives.
