Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Senior Manager, Executive Compensation & Equity Administration to lead the administration and continuous improvement of executive compensation programs including base salary, annual incentives, long-term incentives, equity plans, and deferred compensation.

This role serves as a strategic partner to Compensation leadership and collaborates with Legal, Finance, HR, Payroll and external advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of compensation experience, with at least 5 years in executive compensation
• Minimum 3 years of leadership, project leadership, or people management experience
• Experience supporting executive compensation programs in a publicly traded company
• Knowledge of executive compensation regulations, disclosure requirements, and governance practices
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and project management skills
• Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of executive compensation programs including salary planning, incentives, long-term incentives, equity, and deferred compensation
• Manage analyses, market benchmarking, and board pay administration; provide insights
• Prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings and SEC filings
• Lead projects like system implementations and process improvements
• Provide leadership and consult on offers, severance, and special analyses
