Exelon is seeking a Senior Manager, Executive Compensation & Equity Administration to lead the administration and strategy of executive pay programs. This role partners with Legal, Finance, HR, Payroll and external advisors to ensure competitive, compliant programs and oversees key annual governance processes.

The position may be based at Exelon Corporate Office locations in IL, DC, MD, or PA, and requires strong leadership of compensation staff and cross-functional collaboration with senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; 10+ years total compensation experience including 5+ in executive compensation.
• Experience in a publicly traded company and governance practices.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and project management skills.
• Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and administration of executive compensation programs including salary planning, annual and long-term incentives, equity programs, and deferred compensation.
• Manage market benchmarking, analyses, and governance disclosures for Compensation Committee meetings.
• Prepare materials for proxy statements/SEC filings and coordinate with Legal and external advisors.
• Lead compensation projects, system implementations, process improvements, and vendor management.
• Provide coaching and consultation to senior HR, Finance, and executive leadership on compensation matters.
