Job summary

EAB seeks a Senior Manager, Event Operations and Experience to lead commercial activation and execution for Seramount’s large sponsored conferences. You will translate conference strategy into integrated marketing plans, attendee acquisition efforts, sponsor deliverables, and cross-functional project execution.

You will ensure effective marketing, fulfill sponsorship commitments with high quality, and coordinate all workstreams with visibility and deadline discipline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of post-graduate professional experience in a corporate setting.
• Experience in event marketing, sponsorship management, or event operations.
• Strong project leadership and ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent writing, messaging, and asset development skills.
• Ability to manage sponsor relationships and deliver high-quality execution.
• Proven ability to build processes, improve workflows, and drive operational consistency.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of large sponsored conference marketing plans aligned to revenue goals, audience targets, and event positioning.
• Build and manage integrated marketing timelines across web, email, sales enablement, and promotional channels.
• Oversee development of promotional copy, creative direction, web updates, and attendee-facing messaging to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Monitor performance and adjust tactics to improve conversion and registration pacing.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, urgency moments, and conversion-focused tactics.
• Track registration pacing against targets and recommend adjustments.
• Develop and refine sales enablement materials, including key selling points, agenda highlights, speaker positioning, and audience value propositions.
• Own end-to- end sponsorship execution, ensuring all contractual deliverables are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Establish and manage sponsor communication plans, timelines, and expectations.
• Oversee coordination of sponsor assets, branding, signage, recognition, and session obligations.
• Lead development of sponsor-facing post-event reports and impact summaries.
• Oversee development and coordination of event materials, including signage, agendas, sponsor assets, digital materials, and attendee-facing collateral.
• Ensure consistency across large sponsored conference branding, messaging, and experience.
• Maintain quality standards for all event-facing assets.
• Lead project planning, tracking, and execution across large sponsored conference marketing and sponsorship workstreams.
• Establish and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reporting for key stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, program design, and operations.
