Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to create incremental value for customers of Walmart's growing retail EV charging network. This role focuses on partnership-driven value creation and innovative programs within a high-growth EV charging initiative at the world’s largest retailer.

You will refine strategies, manage partnerships, and evaluate programs across the charging network, collaborating with internal stakeholders to launch offerings and measure impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, program design, launch and monitoring (energy/EV charging preferred).
• Strong strategy, finance and business development experience.
• Experience in commercial negotiations and developing offerings through partnerships.
• Excellent communication with strong presentation skills; proficient in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Refine and execute partnership strategy to boost revenue for Walmart’s retail charging network.
• Create and manage partnerships to enhance EV customer value and network performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing partners and develop supporting agreements.
• Evaluate and deploy new programs across the charging network.
• Assess and report on financial, operational, and strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to launch new offerings and measure program effectiveness.
