Job summary

Walmart seeks a Senior Manager, Utility Partnerships- Regulatory in Bentonville, AR to lead regulatory engagement, analyze proposals, and shape policy for affordable, reliable energy. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in energy, finance, business, or related area with 1 year utilities experience OR 3 years in energy/finance/business/utilities.
• Experience developing written testimony for utility rate proceedings is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide guidance on rate reviews, regulatory filings, and participate in regulatory proceedings to control utility costs.
• Track and monetize proposed and approved utility rate changes to support regulatory efforts and cost forecasting.
• Develop and execute utility products, services, and incentive procurement for energy efficiency and EV charging.
• Lead utility data acquisition initiatives and collaborate with utility leaders and trade organizations to advance objectives.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop team members while promoting performance standards and continuous improvement.
