Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in operations, field service or warranty operations.
• Experience managing external vendors and installation partners.
• Experience overseeing service tickets and SLAs.
• Strong project management with multiple workstreams.
• Data-driven with dashboards to manage performance.
• Detail-oriented with data integrity across systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field service and warranty management across dealer and customer sites.
• Manage end-to-end vendor and service ticket lifecycle to meet KPIs.
• Oversee PO and invoicing for field vendors and maintenance providers.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance for charging infrastructure.
• Deploy depot charging installations and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deployment.
