Job summary

Komatsu America Corp. seeks a Senior Manager to lead equipment reliability and maintenance across its network, driving uptime, proactive maintenance, and asset health strategies. You will oversee standardization, data-driven improvements, and safety alignment while guiding a small team across sites.

You will partner with operations, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain to deliver durable performance, cost control, and continuous improvement across production facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering/related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive maintenance leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience leading supervisors and skilled trades.
• Minimal travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and standardization of maintenance and reliability practices.
• Drive preventive/predictive maintenance and asset health programs.
• Improve key KPIs: OEE, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, downtime.
• Perform root cause analysis for major equipment failures.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership for asset readiness and continuity.
